Description

Short title: Lord Sheffield v Inhabitants of Misterton.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Lord Sheffield, and others, the inhabitants of Haxey and Owston, in the Isle of Axholme (Lincolnshire).

Defendant(s): The inhabitants of Misterton (Nottinghamshire).

Subject of depositions: Parishes and townships of Haxey and Owston (Lincolnshire), and the town of Misterton (Nottinghamshire). Metes and bounds.Common of pasture. Customs of manors.

County/place: Lincolnshire; Nottinghamshire.

Date of commission: 5 November 1596.
