Description

Short title: Price v Revell.

Plaintiff(s): David Price alias David ap Rees ap William, David Price, farmer to Her Majesty.

Defendant(s): Thomas Revell, Richard Mortimer.

Subject of depositions: Weyre of Kilgarran, and the fishing with drag nets in the water of Tyvy (Pembrokeshire). Right of fishing in such river. Alleged "waste and spoil" by defendants in Kilgarran Forest.

County/place: Pembrokeshire.

Date of commission: 29 November 1596.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 24 January 1597 at Kilgarran, certificate dated 24 January 1597.
