Plaintiff(s): Robert Smith.
Defendant(s): Ralph Hatley, Edward Bell, Henry Foster.
Subject of depositions: Two mills called "St Noet's Mills" in the parish of St Neots, and a mill called "Okestub Mill" in the parish of Little Paxton, a parcel of pasture ground called "The Homes" and a highway through the pasture called "The Holme" etc. Right of way of the inhabitants of Little Paxton, Southo, Dodington, Buckeden, etc.
County/place: Huntingdonshire.
Date of commission: 29 November 1596.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 January 1597 at St Eedes.
