Description

Short title: Kidd v Thompson.

Plaintiff(s): William Kidd, Charles Wilson, and all other Her Majesty's tenants of North Frodingham.

Defendant(s): William Thompson, Matthew Story, Abram. Wright, Thomas Shymin.

Subject of depositions: Manor of North Froddingham (Yorkshire), and the lordship or liberty of Holderness (Yorkshire). Alleged interference of defendants with the rights, customs, and jurisdiction of the manor. [The possessions of Sir Henry Constable, knight, are mentioned].

County/place: Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1596.
