Short title: Thacker v Harper.
Plaintiff(s): Gilbert Thacker.
Defendant(s): John Harper, William Bull, William Prate, Ralph Cantrell.
Subject of depositions: Town and manor of Repton alias Repingdon, and the late monastery of Repingdon, and its possessions in Repton and Milton (Derbyshire). Right of common in lands called "The Holmes ", "The Marsh" and "The Bystate." Alleged interference of defendants with plaintiff's mills in Repton, by diverting the custom of "suit and grist" from said mills to their own, and turning the watercourse, etc. Customs of manor.
County/place: Derbyshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1596.
