Defendant(s): Brian Jackson.
Subject of depositions: Lands in Sowerbie, Boulton, and Bare (Lancashire), and in Bosley (Cheshire), belonging to Ferdinando, late Earl of Derby, and Alice his wife, and a bond for £800 given by the Earl while he was Lord Strange, to plaintiff, and an "extent" of the lands.
County/place: Lancashire; Cheshire.
Date of commission: 4 November 1595.
