Description

Short title: Sexey v Tovy.

Plaintiff(s): Hugh Sexey.

Defendant(s): Richard Tovy.

Subject of depositions: Town of Phillip's Norton (Somerset), a great house or inn in the town called the sign of "The George" parcel of the late monastery of Henton (Somerset), and the toll and custom of fairs kept at Phillip's Norton yearly for thesale of linen and woollen cloth. [William and Agnes Tovy (defendant's father and mother) are mentioned].
