Defendant(s): John Wigley and Anne his wife.
Subject of depositions: Her Majesty's lands in Adbowlton, Gainston, Bridgford, Ratcliffe, and Oxen, leased by the Crown to Robert William and Henry Hall, and conveyed by them to Anthony Burgess. Alleged detention of part of the lands so conveyed in the lease by William Hall, and continued detention of the lands by the defendant Wigley, who married the widow of William.
