Plaintiff(s): William Eccleston, James Cottam, John Arthwright, George Charnley, Richard Kirkham, John Lawranson, Nycolas White, Roger Ambrose, Henry Newsam, John Goose, James Hatherwayt, William Latham, Isable Parkinson, Henry Bayen, Grace Porter, Edward Osbuston.

Defendant(s): Robert Worseley, John Warren, Thomas Worseley.

Subject of depositions: Rectory of St Michael's-upon-Wyre, and the tithes.

County/place: Lancashire.
