Suffolk: Felixstowe. Two plans of martello towers: (1) tower D; (2) tower R. Reference tables to accommodation; the table on item (1) is blank and the table on item (2) is only partially completed. Compass indicators. Surveyed under the directions of Captain H H Jones, Royal Engineers, 1864; zincographed and printed at the Topographical Division, War Office, under the direction of Lieutenant Colonel A C Cooke, Royal Engineers, 1866. Item (1) partly coloured in MS, with MS notes on a right of way and the sea wall. MS additions and notes on item (2) related to officers' quarters and groynes. Both items signed by Colonel Montagu, Commanding Royal Engineer, 30 March 1869.
