By Lance Corporal E McReynolds, Royal Engineers; signed by Captain E Tudor, Royal Engineers, Harwich, 24 August 1894. Three insets: (i) Site plans of Q and R towers; scale: 1:500; compass indicators. (ii) Outline map of the environs of Felixstowe, Landguard and Harwich (in Essex); scale; 1 inch to 4,000 feet [1:48,000]; compass indicator.
