Folios 172-173: James Tillard, HMS Sabrina, at Sea. Encloses a list [Not Inc. of vessels the Masters of whom have wilfully deserted the convoy and requests that they be made an example off. Reports that John Tancock of HMS Mercury having orders to take charge of the convoy upon their arrival off Plymouth has been sent correct lists of the ships and vessels from HMS's Zenobia and Sabrina in addition to the orders from the Commander of HMS Fervent given off Oporto.
