Folios 164-165: John Tailour, HMS Regulus, Falmouth. Reports his arrival with the Eliza Transport No 221 under convoy with sick & wounded soldiers from Lisbon. Enclosed [Inc.] copies of orders.
Folios 166-167: enclosure with folios 164-165. Orders dated 17 August 1811 by Admiral George Cranfield Berkeley, HMS Barfleur, Tagus. Orders to sail with the Eliza Transport No 221 with sick and wounded to England. [Folio 167] Admiral George Cranfield Berkeley, HMS Barfleur, Tagus. Orders to sail with the Eliza Transport No 221 with sick and wounded to England and take some of them to Plymouth and then to Spithead. Dated 20 August 1811.
