Folios 283-284: James Keith Shepard, Gravesend. Description and reporting of John Smart on board El Corso, impressed by Lieutenant Petley from the Airly Castle off Gravesend. John Sullivan was also found on the same ship.
Folios 285-286: enclosure with folios 283-284. Letter dated 20 July 1812 by William [Anno?], 3 New Court St Swithins Lane, 20 July 1812, to the Admiralty. Request for the release of John Smart impressed from the Airly Castle on it's return from the Havannah.
