States the case of John Roberts, who was impressed 12 June 1812 by Lieutenant Jordan who found him stowed away on the [Junior] inward bound off Gravesend. Believes that John Roberts, who it claimed is the Apprentice and Carpenter's Mate of William Dusant of Deptford, Carpenter on the Earl of Lansdown and left the ship with permission, has actually absconded.
