Place of accident: Stella Colliery, County Durham.
Injury: Some teeth knocked out and face much cut
Details of accident: He was the Guard of the 4:15 PM North British train from Newcastle and when passing the Gearing at the Colliery he looked out of his van and his head came in contact with the timber works.
