Folios 285-286: Joseph Short, [Regulating Officer], Lynn [Kings Lynn]. Covering letter for the enclosed [not present] weekly return. He also reports that he apprehended John Fox a deserter from HMS Belliqueux, who with the rest will sail this evening or tomorrow morning for the Nore. He also reports that he sent a Midshipman and two men to Wisbech who returned yesterday with tow volunteers and request the approval to allow Lieutenant William Dalton to charge their expenses in his accounts of disbursements.
