Description

Folios 192-193: James Masters, HMS Meteor, Spithead. Requesting the Clerk of the Cheque pay the Kings Bounty to Richard Bell, Able seaman discharged to him from HMS Utrect 7 April having written to the Dover Rendezvous as he was put on their list as Pressed.

Folios 194-194A: enclosure with folios 192-193. Letter dated 28 April 1804 by John Riboulieu, Regulating Captain, Dover. Regarding the case of Richard Bell.
