Folios 317-318: George Reynolds, HMS Tribune, the Downs. Reports his arrival under orders from Captain Thomas Eyles of HMS Plantagenet. He left Wingo Sound on 15 December escorting the ship [illegible], but parted company with her off the Dogger Bank in heavy seas. Encloses the state and condition of his ship.
Folio 319: enclosed with folios 317-318. Captain George Reynolds and Carpenter Archibald [McGee ?], HMS Tribune, the Downs, 29 December 1810. A list of the ship's defects.
