Description

Folios 288-289: Robert Rolles, HMS Lion, St Helens. He is under orders to sail with the India convoy but Lieutenant Thomas Hunlock [Thomas Windsor Hunloke ?] has not joined. Reports he applied to Admiral George Montague for a replacement, and the Admiral has appointed William Johnston Bowes as acting Lieutenant.
