Acknowledges receipt of his order and of duplicates of the orders to Rear Admirals Sir Edward Pellew and Sir Thomas Troubridge, which he will deliver to the proper person at Prince of Wales Island. The originals of the orders have gone with Captain the Hon Duncombe Playdell Bouveri [Bouverie] of HMS Medusa.
