Folios 293-294: Graham Moore, HMS Syren, the Downs. Advises he has received a letter from the Admiralty dated 23 July 1794 enclosing a petition from Bernard Yexley about a complaint of something that happened under his predecessor, Captain Manley. Advises that subsequently Bernard Yexley has been invalided at the Navy Hospital, Deal where he awaits his pay. Presumes that the Petitioner has obtained all that he expected by his Petition whether his grievances were true or false. Encloses the Petition.
