Folios 287-289: Graham Moore, HMS Bonetta, Spithead. Advises he served as Acting Captain of HMS Orestes from 31 January 1792 to 30 May 1792 for which he has never received payment. He has written about this several times and Mr. Ibbetson told him some time ago that the matter should be laid before the Admiralty.
