First party: Osbert son of Godiva, with the consent of his heirs.
Second party: Odo Galle.
Place or subject: Three acres of land in the northeast corner in Apolcroft next to the water, half a perch less. To hold of Osbert and his heirs freely and quietly in fee and inheritance for 4¼d a year at farm at four terms for all earthly services, namely 1d at Christmas, 1d at Easter, 1d at the feast of St Botolph, and 1¼d at Michaelmas.
