First party: William Painel [Paynel].

Second party: William Briwer [Brewer] the younger.

Place or subject: All the lands, possessions, rents and services which William Briwerr', his father, had and possesses of Fulk, father of William Painel, and from the same William Painel. To hold as freely, quietly and entirely as William Briwerr', his father, had them, doing the services which William the father was accustomed to do to Fulk and to William Painel.

County: [Somerset].
