Place or subject: All of Matthew's right and claim in the whole land which lies on the north side of the ditch of Bearelonde, along the old ditch when that same ditch stretches to the land leading from Langeford [Langford Budville] to Wivelescumbe [Wiveliscombe] to the great stone which lies on the east side of the same right of way. To hold forever in right of inheritance without any reservation or without doing any service to Matthew and his heirs. For this quitclaim William Briwer' gave Matthew 13s 4d sterling.
