Place or subject: One messuage and four acres of land with appurtenances which Roger Hasscday held of William on the west side of Perrete next to the garden, in exchange for one messuage and eight acres with appurtenances which Walter the forester held on the east side of Perrete in the manor of Brug Walteri [Bridgwater], except for one acre of meadow which pertained to that and to those eight acres which William Briwer retains in his hands. William de Horsey grants that these four acres with the messuage are to pertain to the manor of Brug Walter [Bridgwater], just as those eight acres with the messuage previously pertained to that manor, to hold to William Briwer and his heirs of William de Horsey and his heirs freely and quietly in all places and things without any reservation by this exchange.
