Description

Folios 319-320: John Gascoyne, Regulating Captain, Swansea. Advises that he is unable to state the case of Henry Rowbotham, impressed by Walter Boswell, Lieutenant, HMS Conquest, as he was not brought to the Rendezvous to be regulated but sailed on HMS Conquest with the convoy to Plymouth on 25 August 1813.
