Folios 317-318: Thomas Saunders Grove, HMS Prince Frederick. Enquires about the whereabouts of Unserviceable Tickets issued to John Baily, Edward Farly, Henry Brown and Cornelius Galvin, invalided from HMS Warspite and received into HMS Prince Frederick from HMS Magnificent. Advises that he stated their case on 10 July 1813 to Sir Robert Calder, Admiral, enclosing the Unserviceable Tickets which he assumed were then sent o the Navy Board. Explains that he has been advised by the Pay Office that the Navy Board do not have the tickets and as a result the men neither can receive the pay owing to them nor be discharged from the Service in accordance with his Orders from Sir Robert Calder on 25 July 1813.
