Part 1, Folios 122-123. Letter dated at Windsor from the Duke of York to the Prince of Orange that he has little to say beyond what he wrote in his last letter. The two battalions that embarked about a week ago are delayed by a north easterly wind and until it changes the horses must remain on shore. The Duke sees no possibility of the wind changing as the weather is settled fair, dry and hot. There is great expectation as to what will happen at Nijmegen.
