Description

Part 1, Folios 120-121. Letter dated at Windsor from the Duke of York to the Prince of Orange. Following the Duke of Monmouth's representation, the King has changed his mind as to where he will send the troops and instead of sending them to Flanders has ordered them up the Scheldt to land near Antwerp and then to march towards the army to join it.
