Captured ship: San Antonio or St Anthony otherwise Nossa Senhora de Pilar of Lisbon (master João Rodriguez de Oliveiro).
History: an English merchant ship (70 tons), bound from London to Ferrol, laden with sea coals, woollen manufactures (Colchester baize and kerseys), stills and kettles; taken on 12/22 June 1694, in the English Channel by a French privateer of St Malo, retaken on 25 June / 5 July 1694, off the Isle de Bréhat by HMS Soldado Prize (William Allen commanding), and brought into Guernsey.
