Folios 5-6. [Robert Yard] to Sir Joseph Williamson [Nine Years' War]. Sir George Rooke is with the fleet at Spithead and wrote from thence that another strong squadron is going out to cruise. Lord [Richard Savage, Earl ] Rivers and Mr [George] Stepney arrived with the Centurion and Dragon from Holland. The Bank stock fell from 88 [percent] to 82, but it soon after got up again, and is now at 87, and their sealed bills at par, or rather better, for five shillings is given to have one of them.
