Folios 333-334: Sir Richard Munden, the St. David, Woolwich. He gives an account of proceedings. He hopes to be rigged by tomorrow, has beer on board and is ready for all other provisions. He gives his detailed reasons for wanting the discharge of his Surgeon including that the crew have a perfect hatred for him and requests he may have Mr. Cranmar appointed. He has not seen his former Surgeon on board since they came to Woolwich
