Folios 331-332: Sir Richard Munden, the St. David, Woolwich. He has received orders to get his ship ready to sail and desires the Board to write to the yard officers & Deptford to supply rigging and stores. He asks for glass windows as it is very cold on board and doubts that the Glazier will supply until an old debt is paid. He requests two warrants for the change of Boatswains. They are forced to stand still half of the time for want of rigging.
