Description

Captured ship: Louis Quinzieme of Calais (master Antoine Lamy).

History: a French privateer (50 tons, 10 guns, 54 men) bound on a cruise; taken on 29 June/10 July 1746 by HMS Flamborough (Jervis Porter commanding), and brought into Shields.
