Folios 249-250. Letter from Thomas Richards, Clerk to the Guardians of the Droitwich Poor Law Union, to the Poor Law Commission. He states that they intend to charge Mr Fletcher [Thomas Swindell Fletcher], Medical Officer to the Bromsgrove Poor Law Union, with neglect in the case of Mr Pratt. The earlier correspondence with Bromsgrove, and their letter of 22 September 1843, shows that Bromsgrove have reprimanded him.
