Captured ship: Luzerne of Philadelphia (master Thomas Bell).
History: an American merchant ship with a letter of marque (150 tons) bound from Port Lorient to Philadelphia, laden with salt, brandy, 2 trunks with dry merchandise and china; taken in April 1781 by the privateer Enterprise (Thomas Eden commanding), and brought into the River Shannon, Ireland.
