Folios 73-74: Thomas James Maling, Portsmouth. Encloses list of men who have R against their names who from their good conduct since and under His Majesty's Proclamation of last October requests R be taken off. Also encloses letter from Sir Roger Curtis with regard to William Barron who was marked R after the Undaunted sailed for Veracruz, not knowing he was detained in England by the illness of his parents.
