Folios 59-60: Graham Moore, HMS Marlborough, the Downs. Apologies for not signing his letter to the Admiralty of 8 July with regard to the docking of the Marlborough - this was due to hurrying to send his letter away. Also that sent direct to Admiralty not the Commander in Chief of the Squadron. This was because not fully determined on making his application when left Squadron on evening of 6 July. It was the bad sailing had when in company with HMS Theseus but had hoped during summer could make her sail tolerably.
