Folios 182-183: enclosed with folios 180-181. Letter dated 14 September 1803 by Lieutenant Robert Hibbs, HMS Diomede, Guernsey to Captain Larcom Asks for leave of absence to deal with urgent business. Advises that he has been at the Cape of Good Hope for more than 7 years.
