Folio 171: Frederick Langford, HMS Fury, the Nore. Directed by Rear Admiral Rowley to report that Noah Kisser was impressed on 29 May and has voluntarily entered service on HMS Fury. Advises he served in the last war on board HMS Centaur.
Folios 172-173: enclosed with folio 171. Petition by John Enfield and Mr. Bloomfield, Owners and Samuel Barber, Master, the Owners Delight of Milton Kent to the Admiralty. Certifies that the Owners Delight bound for Colchester was boarded in the River Colne by a boat belonging to HMS Fury, Captain Frederick Langford and impressed Noah Kisser, Chief Mate. Confirms that Noah Kisser had a certificate signed by William Phillips, Mayor of Colchester. Asks for his discharge.
