Folios 148-149: enclosed with folios 146-147. Letter dated 31 May 1803 by Evan Nepean, Admiralty Office to Captain Langford, HMS Fury, Colne River near Colchester. Orders a report on the case of Luke Underwood, said to be the Mate of the Jeremiah, who was impressed and taken on board HMS Fury. This report is in response to an application from Francis Engleheart.
Folios 150-151: enclosed with folios 146-147. Letter dated 27 May 1803 by Francis Engleheart to the Admiralty. Petition by Robert Penney, Master, the Jeremiah of Colchester which was boarded by HMS Fury, Captain Langford, and impressed Luke Underwood, his Mate. Asks for his discharge.
