Folios 125-126: Richard Lucas, HMS Sphinx, Cove of Cork. He has met with General Moucher who has told him that there are 19 transports with the 5th and 6th regiments of Heavy Cavalry. It is his wish and that of the Lord Lieutenant that the transports are escorted to the Downs by a frigate.
