Description

Folios 288-289: John Honyman [Honeyman], 6 Church Street, Spitalfields. Writing on behalf of his Brother Robert Honyman [Honeyman] and as his Attorney to request that you make known to the Admiralty that he has not yet received Certificate from the Office of Stores in the Navy Office to enable him to obtain his Pay and Compensation for HMS Marlborough. Request a dispensing order for the Certificate.

Folio 290: enclosure with folios 288-289. [Proforma] Document to be sent to the Paper Office when any Paper is sent away in original. Date - 10 May 1814, From - Mr John Honyman [Honeyman], Subject - Requesting that the Certificate from the Office of Stores may be dispensed with to enable him to receive Captain Honyman's [Robert Honeyman's] Pay for HMS Marlborough, Date - 11 May [1814], Nature - Refer to Navy Board.
