Writing on behalf of his Brother Robert Honyman [Honeyman] and as his Attorney to request that you make known to the Admiralty that he has not yet received Certificate from the Office of Stores in the Navy Office to enable him to obtain his Pay and Compensation for HMS Marlborough. Request a dispensing order for the Certificate.
