Acknowledges letter of 18 July HMS Pheasant arriving from Corruna ordering him to remove Spanish ships to Cadiz and orders for a month’s provisions for two thousand men to Corruna from Plymouth for the Spanish ships passage Cadiz. Has informed Captain Samuel Linzee, HMS Triumph and other officers in port.
