Folios 98-99: John Martin Hanchett, HMS Raven, Plymouth. Mr Fairweather, his carpenter, has been dismissed the service following a Court Martial. He asks that Stephen Pickett, presently the carpenter's mate on HMS Raven be appointed in his place. He is a man of good character and has 4 year's experience as the carpenter's mate on his vessel.
