Folios 94-95: John Martin Hanchett, HMS Raven, Plymouth. The Hon. Almericus de Courcy who has been appointed as a lieutenant on his ship has not joined him. He was to fill the vacancy left by Lieutenant Le Visconte who has been appointed to HMS Ville de Paris. He has heard that Lieutenant de Courcy is actually in Ireland and is in bad health and so he asks that Lieutenant John Foreman, one of the juniour lieutenants, on board HMS Dreadnought be appointed in his place.
