Description

Folios 61-62: Graham Eden Hamond, HMS Victorious, Portsmouth. He writes that Peter Flynn has produced his certificate of discharge from HMS Swiftsure together with one attesting to his good conduct and sobriety. Captain Hamond asks that Flynn now be granted a Warrant as Master at Arms aboard HMS Victorious.

Folios 63-64: enclosure to folios 61-62. A document dated 22 September 1804 appointing Peter Flynn as Master at Arms aboard HMS Swiftsure.
