Folios 31-32: Peter Halkett, HMS Ganges, Spithead. He observes that when the Reverend Parker announced his transfer to HMS Triumph, he promised he would remain with HMS Ganges until a replacement was found. And so he finds the fact that Reverend Parker made a direct request to the Admiralty without informing him was unsatisfactory.
